GOODNESS OF FIT

WE’D ROCK TOGETHER IF YOU'RE…

(Most of these but not all may apply)

  • Needing a secular therapist

  • You’re ready to discover your heart’s desires, needs, and how to request they get met in your partnerships

  • Disowning your needs, wrecking your relationships, and you want to change that.

  • In an exploratory season of your life and ready to put in the work, even when it means challenging old patterns and beliefs

  • Recently going through a break up or having no luck with dating

  • Considering opening your relationship

  • Needing help navigating non-monogamous dynamics

  • Wanting therapy that creates change, not just insight, and you’re curious about Accelerated Resolution Therapy as a way to change how intense your emotions get

  • An elder emo and love references to your favorite jams, like “therapy is tiring, so is hiding how you feel”

WE’RE NOT READY TO COLLAB IF YOU'RE…

(any one of these may apply)

  • Needing a therapist of a specific faith that provides therapy through that lens

  • Not interested in practicing new strategies outside of session time

  • Wanting a therapist to just agree with and not challenge you

  • Actively suicidal or self-harming.

  • Currently struggling with significant substance use which is negatively impacting your life

  • Not open to self-reflection, new perspectives, or trying new things to better yourself and your relationships

  • Expecting change without putting in the work

  • Wanting a relationship therapist to take your side rather than help you understand your part and expand your perspective

  • Wanting to jump into big relationship changes (like swinging or opening up) as a way to “save” the partnership or without engaging in self and relational growth needed for success

How do I get started?

  • 1. REVIEW ALL THE FAQS

Don’t forget to check the Goodness of Fit and get the basics covered by looking through the FAQ and Payment information pages. Also get to know me on my About Page.

  • 2. CONTACT ME

If everything checks out in the previous steps, fill out the contact form here.

  • 3. SIT TIGHT WHILE I REVIEW YOUR CONTACT FORM

Expect a response in 2-3 business days. I’ll email you to confirm whether we should schedule a consultation.

  • 4. BOOK YOUR FREE VIDEO CONSULTATION

If I think we could be a good fit and offer a consultation, I’ll email you a link to create a client account and book a 30 minute video telehealth consultation on Zoom through.

    DURING THE CONSULTATION:

We’ll chat more in depth about what you want out of therapy and how I can help.

You’ll get any questions you have answered.

We’ll determine if we’re a good fit to work together and discuss setting up appointments.

  • 5. SCHEDULE THERAPY SESSIONS/INTENSIVE/RETREAT

Once deciding we’re a good fit for each other, I’ll send you forms to complete. Once this is done, you can self schedule sessions from your client portal.
