ONLINE RELATIONSHIP THERAPY AND RETREATS IN COLORADO, FLORIDA, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND VERMONT

You’ve done everything you can think of to make your relationships work… but you’re facing a turning point in your love life.

Despite scouring r/relationship_advice and r/AIO on Reddit, highlighting the hell out of books on love, and even trying therapy before, you’re sick to your stomach for days worried about:

  • whether this partnership is gonna make it

  • if you’ll ever be worthy for love after this last heartbreak did you in

  • exploring how non monogamy can work for your love life

YOU WANT YOUR RELATIONSHIPS TO FEEL CONSISTENT, COMFORTING, EVEN PLAYFUL AGAIN.

Instead, it feels like you’re constantly trying to prevent something from falling apart while using duct tape as a fix. And if you’re exploring non-traditional relationships? The stakes feel even higher while you deal with managing jealousy, creating solid agreements, and building trust after a betrayal.

You just want love that feels secure, true to your heart, and sustainable.

LET’S GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD🤘

I’m Paige Bond (she/her)

Owner of Sweet Love Counseling, Master ART Practitioner, Psychedelic Therapy Provider, and Licensed Marriage Therapist

Just as much: a happily married neurodivergent elder emo living for her next concert.

There was a time when I knew all the relationship theory… but still felt wrecked by emotional chaos in my relationships.

I remember what it’s like to overanalyze every interaction with my sweetheart. To crave closeness but simultaneously feel undeserving of it, ending in shutting down and being distant. To want meaningful connection, but never feel safe to be yourself, express your desires, or speak up about your needs.

After going through my own journey of learning about how to create secure relationships with my eventual Sweet Love, it clicked:

You don’t need a “perfect” partner or have to say the “perfect” thing. We’re humans and will inevitably make mistakes.

Creating security comes from intentional and honest agreement making with yourself and partner(s) and consistent repair when disconnection or hurt occurs.

That realization shaped everything about how I work today.

Now I help people move out of survival mode in their relationships and into something more grounded, intentional, and actually fulfilling.

Whether that’s monogamous, non-monogamous, queer, or still being figured out, you get to design a love life that works for you.

Many approaches to relationship therapy are drawn out and too passive which leaves people feeling stuck, dependent on their therapist, or like they’re not actually making meaningful progress.

I do things differently.

I BELIEVE:

  • — having an open mind to learning will get you far. I'll share evidenced-based education that shifts your perspective to help your relationship last.

  • — my role as your therapist necessitates direct but compassionate call outs of behavior that is not secure functioning and damaging to the partnership(s).

  • — therapy doesn’t have to last forever, but your relationship(s) can.

In fact, when I work with partnerships, I have you start with a relationship education workshop before we even meet for the first session. Secure relationships are built with intention and I want to set the stage for you to dedicate time and care into your relationship.

Because the purpose isn’t just to understand relationships better
it’s to actually experience them differently.

In our work together, you’ll discover the importance of tuning into your partner’s signals of disconnection and figure out how to reconnect quickly so you can grow from tense moments and actually enjoy your relationship.

My goal for you is to figure out that you can rely on each other for emotional support and mutual growth while allowing space for your individual development, making your partnership more ready to take on what life throws at you.

And if you’re non-monogamous, exploring it, or questioning what structure even works for you, you won’t be asked to conform to “traditional structures”. Therapy will challenge you to design partnerships intentionally, where trust, collaborative agreements, and emotional comfort actually supports the structure you want.
